Choosing a school is one of the most significant decisions a family can make. At Peak Learning Academy, we believe that education should be a source of joy, not anxiety. We are currently building our intentional community for the 2026/2027 school year, and we invite families who value emotional safety and "recess-first" learning to explore our process below.

Peak Learning Academy is proud to be WASC Accredited for grades 2-8, providing families the peace of mind that our 'Recess-First' sanctuary meets the highest standards of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Our micro-school model is uniquely designed for children who thrive in small, low-pressure environments. These are students who are curious and creative, or perhaps those who have felt lost in the shuffle of traditional, large-scale classrooms. We focus on fostering independence and community contribution within a relationship-first setting.

The first step in our process is to read our Self-Selection Packet. This document outlines our scope of service and helps you determine if our model aligns with your child’s temperament and your family’s educational goals. Step 2: Share Your Story

If our philosophy resonates with your family after you have read the packet, you will find the link to our Interest and Alignment Form on the final page of that document.

This form takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and allows us to understand your child’s unique personality and strengths more deeply. Please note that to protect the sanctuary of our current students, we do not offer general tours. The admissions process begins exclusively with the completion of this form.

What Happens Next?

Personal Review: I personally review every submission within 48 business hours to ensure a potential mission-fit.
Discovery Call: If we appear to be a match, we will schedule a relaxed, 20-minute conversation to discuss your goals for the 2026/2027 year.
In-Person Visit: Qualified families will be invited for a tour or a shadow opportunity during our scheduled enrollment windows.

Tuition and Financial Information

Tuition varies based on each student's needs to maintain our small, nurturing environment and provide personalized support. Standard tuition applies for most students, while families with a child who has an IEP or 504 Plan may have a modestly adjusted rate to account for the extra planning and individualized attention required. This also helps us preserve limited spots for all enrolled students.
